These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Parko platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description
Parko is a SaaS platform for project management and invoicing. It allows users to:
- Manage clients and projects
- Create and send PDF invoices
- Customize invoice templates
- Collaborate as a team within organizations
- Track payments and cash flow
3. Registration and Account
To use Parko, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed from your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Parko offers different pricing plans (Free, Pro, Business). Prices are displayed in USD or EUR including applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to your choice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Parko platform (logo, design, code, features) are the exclusive property of Parko. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
6. Liability
Parko commits to providing a quality service but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Infringe on the rights of other users
- Resell the service without authorization
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
